The dealers are solidly backed by teams of highly trained engineers, service and maintenance technical staff and spare parts executives from our company. This is to ensure that the customer's requirements are fully met. Parts & Service Department Our experience and expertise in air conditioning servicing dates back more than 20 years. Today, our after-sales services are reputed to be the best in the industry. We employ more than 60 (sixty) well-trained technicians to render full service support to our customers. Service Contracts are also provided to be undertaken to ensure optimum efficiency throughout the life span of the units. The Parts division under the umbrella of Parts & Service department employ 6 (six) executives to serve customers needs. They stock a lot of genuine parts, compressors and accessories sourced directly from factories through Carrier's global network. Finance Department We are proud to say that our company ship is navigated by a dedicated and hard-working crew, who, from the sales people, service division, parts executives to financial controllers, accountants and general affairs, are the reason why we are successful to be one of the most established company in Indonesia today.
